Job description have experience on manage E-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Redmart and deal with daily maintenance, stock management, and campaign execution etc. Know how to Design art-works for listing images to E-commerce site. Handle customers enquiries / complaints timely and professionally, ensuring that every issues is followed up and completed. Manage, monitor and analyse market trends and promotions activities online, Administrative ad hoc.
Requirement at least Diploma or Degree in Business /Marketing or related. Bilingual (Chinese and English). Must be enthusiastic in online retail business and E-commerce. Must be very digital savvy and comfortable with E-commerce software and E-commerce market place selling interface.
