Donor Administration Officer RSPCA (Victor) location Melbourne.

Exciting opportunity to join our great Donor Development Team and support the implementation of the important fundraising program for RSPCA Victoria. Contribute to our donor operations and support in the administration of campaigns and regular giving programs. Part Time position available at our Burwood East site.

About the role the Donor Administration Officer is responsible for performing donor administration processes and supporting the development and implementation of the donor development program for RSPCA Victoria to enable the organisation to achieve its vision of ending cruelty to all animals.

Duties and responsibilities provide timely and efficient administration support to the Donor Development team, including responding to supporter enquiries via email and phone. Provide excellent customer service and donor care, ensuring that all queries, complaints, and other requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide support in the processing of donations, membership nominations, and mailing welcome letters and packs each week to new donors. Provide support in the implementation of the fundraising program whilst working collaboratively with the wider team.

Contribute to donor operations, including maintaining the integrity of data entry processes, maintaining database records ensuring privacy of donor information, opening and sorting mail, and support in the administration of campaigns and regular giving programs. Provide administrative support to the wider Development team as required.

What we are looking for from you previous experience in a similar role that requires excellent customer service, strong administration and organisational skills. High level literacy, numeracy and problem-solving skills, including intermediate computer skills (including use of Microsoft Office Excel). Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.

Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment. Previous utilisation of a donor management or customer relationship management database (not essential, however highly regarded). Understanding of CRM database management and data driven marketing best practice (not essential, however highly regarded).
