The Role & Campus Oac West Pymble Campus are currently seeking a passionate Diploma qualified Room Leader to join their team! As a Room Leader you will be responsible for providing guidance and mentoring a team of educators to deliver the Oac Grow Curriculum, oversee the planning and programming for the room, creating inspiring and exciting learning environments, build lasting relationships with the children, families, and educators.

Oac's boutique and beautiful West Pymble early learning and preschool centre features a stunning outdoor play space for children to enjoy the full benefits of interacting with nature. This flow continues inside with light, bright, airy interiors, all designed to stimulate and capture children's innate sense of imagination.

Essential criteria Diploma in Children's Services. Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR. Previous Experience working within an Early Childhood Setting. A Working With Children Check. A creative and cooperative team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to excellence in early childhood.
