This role is a 12 month temporary maternity leave contract with the potential for developing into a permanent position. This is a hands on position, we are not looking for managers. We want someone who has fire in their belly and a desire to excel in this position and drive sales. You will become an integral member of a 5 person dynamic team where everyone is equal. As the Digital Marketer, you will be supporting us by developing and executing the high ROI marketing plans, campaigns and strategies.

Key must have responsibilities required implementing and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of multiple nation-wide PPC campaigns. Ability to create and edit website content with HTML, PHP and WordPress. Devise lead generation activities using tools such as Mailchimp, digital advertising and social media.

A proactive autonomous worker who can collaborate within a small tight knit marketing team. Must be open to occasional ad hoc work to support the company including assistance with sales. 2+ years minimum hands on digital experience, with a focus on social media and email marketing campaigns. Education in Marketing ( BA minimum). Must be willing to work on Saturday (non negotiable replaced with a day off on Monday).

Salary package details you have the option. $80k + Super OR if you are willing to back yourself in $70k + super + discretionary bonus (annual average last 3 years $35k).
