Role overview working on the industry’s leading Building & Architecture network incorporating the key mastheads of Indesign Media. The broad network portfolio encompasses online, print, email, events, social and content marketing channels.

Job description work alongside sales, editorial, content and customer success teams in ensuring great outcomes for our paid client advertising campaigns. Chase, manage and upload paid digital content across our media network via CMS. Coordinate work tasks and priorities in conjunction with Customer Success Team and Salesforce CRM scheduling tool.

Uploading and managing sends of our weekly eNewsletters. Maintaining and uploading to client listings on A&D, IndesignLive and HabitusLiving websites. Monitor multiple inboxes and phone line. Work on ad-hoc projects as and when required. Creating and scheduling social media posts.

Role breakdown (role percentage) Content uploading and management – 40%, eNewsletter creation and sending – 30%, Social Media – 10%, Ad hoc projects – 20%.

Desired Skills & experience graduate or career change looking to make a start within the digital media publishing space. Experience within digital media desirable. Strong attention to detail. Positive and forward-thinking approach to work. Willingness to learn and grow. Strong time management skills. Ability to work autonomously after onboarding period. Can work under pressure and to deadlines. Must be eligible to work in Australia. Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced team.
