About the role Topdrive Drillers are seeking experienced Diamond Drillers/Trainee Driller and Offsiders to work at a variety of long-term projects in Western Australia. Working at either mine camp, or remote camp sites these projects range from early exploration and require an immediate start.

Our key stakeholders (Drillers) are required to manage the drill rig and crews whilst delivering Health and Safety drilling operations and client expectations. Providing positive motivation to all team members to ensure an ongoing positive work environment and conveying a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Key Requirements of candidate hard working, honest, reliable team player, with good communication skills and leadership. Current WA, HR drivers’ license. Pass a pre-employment medical, functional assessment and drug screen. Physically fit and able to work in remote and extreme hot conditions.

Satisfactory Police clearance (3 months). Current Senior First Aid Certificate – Desirable. 4WD Certificate – Desirable. Working at Heights – Desirable.
