Our role as our Roskill development continues to build momentum we are now looking to welcome a Development Manager to support the Associate Project Director and senior Development Manager in the following in collaboration with the project manager, manage the day-to-day activities and requirements of the neighbourhood.

Prepare feasibility studies, business case and monthly reports. Management and input into design, including, but not limited to masterplanning, proposed house and apartment designs, civil and infrastructure design, staging and delivery strategy. In collaboration with the project manager, management and monitoring of civil construction partners delivery and outputs.

Provide support in the liaison and management of builder and developer delivery partners. Assist in the preparation of procurement and sales documents including, but not limited to, Request for Proposals, Short form Agreements, Information Memorandum, Term Sheets and Development Agreements. Stakeholder liaison and communication, including community groups, government agencies etc.

In collaboration with the project manager, management and input to Council consenting processes. Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring in adding to your formal qualification in Property, Property Financing, Urban Planning, Project Management, Engineering or similar, you will also bring 5 years of large scale property experience, with at least 3 years development management experience.

Understanding of land development processes, ideally with exposure to design, masterplanning and planning. Experience in assisting with procurement processes, including the preparation of RFPs and screening tenders. Feasibility Analysis and Operational and Capital budget management experience. A positive, up-beat, 'can do' attitude. Ability to influence, manage competing interests, manage conflict and work effectively with senior leadership, and multiple internal and external stakeholders.
