Description

Desktop Support Officer Western Sydney Local Health District location Sydney. Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing to provide timely technical and end-user support to users of Computers, Printers, Smart Phones, Application software, Systems software and all related desktop support across geographically dispersed sites within WSLHD and Pathology West.

Selection criteria excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, demonstrated superior analytical and technical problem solving and incident management skills, appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or desktop support experience in a complex environment, proven ability to perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (XP - 10), Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Application packaging and SCCM Application Deployment, and Exchange\Outlook, up to date working knowledge of a wide range of computer technologies including desktop hardware and peripherals, Citrix XenApp, SOE management (including Image deployment), full Australian Class-C Driver License.
