Desktop Support Engineer Beyond Recruitment location Auckland.

We require two Desktop Support Engineers for a 4 week contract from the 28/4/2020 - 22/5/2020 to work on the build and deployment of 150 laptops and the configuration of 30 Desktops. This contract is based on the client’s site at Manukau where you will be working as part of an essential team.

Skills & experience required for this role at least 3 years of onsite desktop support. Troubleshoot, support, image, configure and deploy PC/laptops. Basic troubleshooting of server and networking components. Good knowledge of the MS desktop environment – Windows 10, Office 2010/2016, O365. Good level of English customer service skills - written and oral (face to face and over the phone). Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
