Desktop Support Analyst Crescent Consulting location Auckland. $70,000 – $80,000 per year.

Who is hiring our client is a modern design consultancy, responsible for delivering effective solutions for the community. Due to growth, they are seeking Desktop Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting daily operations, which encompasses Windows Server services, enterprise applications, desktop, and mobile services.

The role you will join a busy office on the outskirts of the Auckland CBD, working in an intimate I.T team you will harness initiative and drive. Your role will be to resolve tickets within an agreed timeframe, maintain and manage queue activity and participate in IT Projects.

What you will need experience in a prior Desktop based role. ITIL service management best practices. Office 365 support experience. Microsoft operating skills (Windows 7, 8, 10). Network principles technologies and services.
