Desktop Support Analyst Charterhouse location Melbourne. Salary $33 p/h + Super.

The company a well known organisation is currently seeking Senior Desktop Support Specialist to come on board initially for a 3 month contract for the purpose of leading the desktop space and provide Level 2 desktop support to their staff.

The roleworking amongst the IT team you will be responsible for supporting 400 plus in a BAU function as well as take part in some project work. As well as providing Desktop Support you will be involved in project work for example – PC roll outs and other various projects undertaken by the IT team.

About you experience supporting and troubleshooting systems & networks - Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, software patching, SOE Upgrades, PC & phone hardware, Microsoft applications including MS Office suite and mobility devices (Mobiles/tablets).

AV experience, previous experience around writing procedure and strategy documentation, ability to provide basic network administration, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, comfortable working with an open door policy and following up on resolutions, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
