Description
Desktop Support Greythorn Experis location Sydney. Salary $60 / hour + Super.
Your role you will be providing remote and on-site user and system support and be responsible for the resolution of service requests involving Clarity information systems. Hourly Rate $60 per hour + Super (negotiable).
Your responsibilities application configuration and troubleshooting. Level 1 and 2 technical support. Liaise with vendor for level 3 support. User account management. Produce documentation and knowledge base articles. Occasional user training.
You will have technical understanding of database structures. Knowledge of application security best practices. Experience with JIRA Service Desk. Experience with Clarity PPM. Jaspersoft reports development. Java, XML, Groovy scripting. Oracle SQL & MySQL scripting.
