Our client needs desktop support technicians perform various functions in an organization to keep computer hardware and equipment in top working state. Contract to permanent role in Wynyard, Sydney. Your responsibilities receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end users help requests, diagnosis and help request tracking tools, hands-on help at the desktop level, utilizes software and hardware tools, identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network performance, provide reliable and timely onsite and remote it services for customers, supports the installation, operations and maintenance of end-user hardware and software, installs, configures, and trouble shoots networked printers. Your skills previous experience working in an it support role, strong knowledge of microsoft environments including windows 10, servers, active directory, technical knowledge of google suite products, technical knowledge of desktop, laptops and other devices (mobile phones/tablets etc.), good communication skills, both oral and written, ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
