A great permanent opportunity exists, for a Desktop Support Analyst, to join our well known Melbourne based client, who are embarking upon multiple projects. This role will see you working closely with the business, project teams and IT functions, where you will support senior stakeholders throughout the business and end use. Skills & experience required extensive experience having worked with office365, windows 10, active directory, exchange online, mdm (intune), servicenow, strong understanding of incident and change management procedures using different toolsets, ability to work autonomously and priorities accordingly, demonstrated background working in a similar role, experience working in highly regulated, complex environments. The ideal candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running, with a solid background across multiple technologies who is able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
