Description
Desktop Support Randstad Technologies location Melbourne, Eastern Suburbs. Desktop Support Engineer is currently required for a 6 months contract with option to extend join a technical team to provide 1st and 2nd level support to 10,000 users nationally within a Microsoft environment (Windows 7/10/Office 365). To be successful in this position you will be a Desktop Support Engineer who has provided support to user bases greater than 2000 and has solid Microsoft support skills. You will also have a degree and other industry based certificates. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
