Desktop Engineer Auckland Radiology Group location Auckland.

Who we are RHCNZ Medical Imaging, comprising of Pacific Radiology, Bay Radiology and Auckland Radiology is New Zealand’s leading radiology services provider, providing imaging, reporting and contract services within New Zealand. We’re proudly supported by our Radiologists whose focus is on providing world-class radiology, delivered locally.

What we are looking for as a Desktop Engineer within our team, you will be responsible for providing service and support across the RHCNZ Group. This will mean providing great user support and acting as the face of technology for our people. The delivery of IT Services may be achieved by either direct (on-site) contact, remote support, or through our external support partners

In this Desktop Engineer role your typical workday will include availability to respond to a variety of incident and requests via phone calls, email, in person or onsite. Resolving Hardware related Incidents or Requests. Supporting and Maintaining Systems and Applications in a modern workspace. Working as part of a wider IT Services Team to deliver support and solutions to the business. Contributing to IT Projects, Initiatives, and ongoing continuous improvement.

What we need from you on top of your passion for putting the customer first, you will need to have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to present ideas in business and user-friendly language. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. A positive "can-do" attitude. Great teamwork skills. Organisational Skills, Planning, and Time Management.

Ideally you will bring a level of experience and skills that will allow you to be immediately effective in a large organisation. Whilst relevant tertiary qualifications or IT industry certifications would be advantageous we are looking for skills and attitude that will be a great fit for our existing team, and translate well to supporting the people across the organisation.
