Desktop and Help Desk Support Bitu-Mill Pty Ltd location Melbourne.

Subdivision, Civil Construction, Landscape and Road Maintenance Contractor. Successful (40+ years), Stable and Expanding. 300+ staff using latest equipment, systems and methods. ‘People first’ is our Core Value.

The role new role reporting to CIO. Hybrid desktop/helpdesk support role providing business IT operational support. Troubleshooting ICT hardware/software - in-person and remotely. User administration of Active Directory and associated applications. Creating, maintaining and improving documentation & training. Exposure to all business applications in use including website and social media. Assisting CIO manage internal projects and their implementation.

The technology standard MS office applications, Windows 10 + range of business specific apps. Office 365, SharePoint & OneDrive for Business. Zoom conferencing, Windows Server / VMware / Azure / AWS, Hardware: HP / Microsoft / Apple.

The person friendly and positive with energy and enthusiasm. Polite, patient + sense of humour. Experienced with above technology. Enjoys handling multiple, concurrent tasks. Takes responsibility and ownership - doesn’t give up. Strong attention to detail and self-organisation are givens.
