Designer- Innovation | Pyrmont | Sydney

We are currently looking for a Designer to join our Design Innovation Team!

Reporting to the Senior Designer Innovation you be responsible for the development of innovative designs and projects that will be commercially viable in market. This role requires an ability to manage projects by adapting quickly and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to execute innovative new concepts and processes.

This is a fixed-term position ending on the 30 April 2026.

Key responsibilities include:

Creative concept development and innovative product design.
Directional research and interpretation of global macro, print/colour/shape/raw material, and market trends.
Developing strategic and commercial ranges.
Strong and inspiring presentation skills.
Collaborating and developing strong relationships with cross functional teams.
Adaptability managing multiple timelines to meet business requirements.

Essential for your success is:

Tertiary qualifications in textile, fashion design or relevant field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
Microsoft Office experience (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Adobe Suite Experience
Intermediate photoshop capability
Strong stakeholder management skills with a willingness to be a team player and collaborate with cross functional departments
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with a systematic approach to work through
Proactive and flexible - ability to work at a fast pace and react as required
