About the opportunity:

1x Dental Assistant to work on a casual basis; min 15 hours a week.
We are conveniently located on Princess St where we have off street parking and just a 2-minute walk from the Bus stop on Cooper St.

The Heart of the Role:

Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
Handling payments
Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:

Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded
Passionate about customer service / patient care
Organised with attention to detail
A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
