Ready to take the next major step in your career? FinXL is seeking a Data Project Manager to lead a key data transformation engagement with a major government client. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive a landmark project from end-to-end. FinXL is also able to take over existing visas and provide sponsorship for consultants.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of the data migration program

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules

Oversee mobilisation, execution, and hypercare project phases

Manage project risks, including legacy data quality and compliance

Lead project governance forums and deliver stakeholder reporting

Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve outcomes

Ensure project scope, time, cost, and quality outcomes are met

Key Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in IT project management

Proven experience managing large-scale data migration or transformation projects

Experience within government or regulatory environments is preferred

Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills

Excellent project planning, budgeting, and scheduling abilities

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly regarded

Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
