Data Entry or Payroll Support Crown Worldwide (NZ) Ltd location Auckland.

This is a Head Office role domiciled in Albany, Auckland. The role is an integral member of a values based Head Office Finance team that is employee and customer oriented, and supports a company culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement and high performance. The role of Data Entry / Payroll Support reports to the Financial Controller.

Knowledge and experience excellent numerical and data entry skills. Payroll experience and knowledge of payroll related legislation. Ability to work unsupervised, ability to plan and execute workload within required timelines. Exceptional attitude, confidentiality and internal customer focus. Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Data entry of daily timesheets into Labour Management System. Upload data from MYOB on a daily basis into Labour Management System. Check data for completeness and communicate errors / missing data back to operations.

Produce labour cost analysis reports in Excel on daily / weekly basis. Data entry of labour costs into job costing module. Process and distribute ad hoc labour reports as requested. Set up new employees etc in Labour Management System as and when required in line with Company guidelines.

Payroll Support support weekly wages process for all NZ locations (includes timesheet input, employee maintenance, loading of new employees etc).  Distribution of wage reports and payslips to Managers. Produce payroll reports as required.

General Administration participate in special projects related to Labour reporting as required. Work with team to ensure MYOB is kept up to date in terms of job data. Run and Distribute incomplete MYOB data reports.
