Data Entry or Accounts Clerks Plan Manage Assist location Sydney.

Company profile plan Manage Assist (PMA) is an approved plan manager for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). PMA was founded by two families who are passionate about disability. Both families have members with disabilities and found there was very little out there to assist people who wanted to plan and manage their NDIS funding with care and compassion. We are a growing company that prides itself on being a caring and professional provider. We want people who will assist us in taking the business to the next level.

Offering full and Part Time positions that offers flexibility within a small friendly environment. It is important to have empathy about disability. Our preference is for someone with a mature outlook with good office experience.

Key duties data entry of invoices. Managing participant budgets. Communicating  with participants and support providers regarding account inquiries.

Essential Criteria (must meet) proven experience in data entry and accounts. Fast and accurate data entry skills. Attention to detail. Good problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with technology and MS office. Be self-motivated and able to operate independently, or as a part  of  a team.
