The role this Government Agency is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator  to be responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing. It is a 3-month initial contract based in Doncaster.

Responsibilities provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing. Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes. Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations. Conduct high volumes of data processing.

Required experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable. Ability to hit KPI's in a fast paced data processing environment. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control. Highly developed verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
