Our client exciting opportunity for a Data-Entry Officer position for an well-known and award winning organisation based in Botany. You will be joining a supportive and close knit team, where each staff member is valued for their individual contribution to the team. Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible.

Reporting to the Finance/IT team, you will be responsible for daily data entry of invoices and credit notes, as well as daily scanning of documents for the accounts department. You will play an integral role within a large accounts team.

Key responsibilities customer record master data. Supplier record master data. New job code master data. Fixed asset record master data. Set up new codes for supplier in SAP system.

Skills and experience this position is ideal for someone starting their career with a background in data entry. The successful applicant will have these skills prior Data Entry Skills. Ideally SAP S4HANA experience. Strong communication skills in order to call customer and validate information.
