Job description our local client is looking for an experienced Data Entry Officer to join their team on a part-time basis for an immediate start. As a Data Entry Officer, you will be working on a project at their Defence site assisting in document preparation and digitisation. The ideal candidate must have a current Baseline Security Clearance.

The role requires someone who is mature by nature, confident within their abilities, can work independently as well as part of a team and is dedicated to completion of their current project. Ability to work on a part-time basis, 3 days per week and negotiable on which scheduled rostered days. On-call casual days may be offered to cover leave shifts.

Responsibilities data entry of record files using EDRMS. Checking, creating and scanning batches of documents. Operating scanning equipment such as ScanAll Pro. Uploading scanned files into Objective Internal Digitisation system. Quality Assurance.

About you current minimum Baseline Security Clearance required. Strong organisational and accuracy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability due to on-call nature of role.
