About the role the Accounts Data Entry Officer will be responsible for the delivery of excellence in mass data input / processing transactions into our finance systems for Accounts Receivable in a timely manner.

As an Accounts Data Entry Officer, you will be supporting the Finance department as required and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy. This role would suit someone who is looking for career progression and we will support your development into an Accounts Officer role.

Key Responsibilities in your role high volume data entry and transaction processing in accounts systems.

Handling of mass volume inbound / outbound documents, processing / filing documents electronically and hardcopy. Ad hoc administrative duties as required. Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines professionally and positively. Excel under pressure and multi-task with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Things that matter to us experience in high volume finance data entry or administration. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills. High attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated strength in collaboration and continuous improvement. Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza). National Police Check. Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
