Data Entry Clerk Northside Clinic Ramsay Health location Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk with an eye for detail to join our Northside Group St Leonards Clinic in a Casual opportunity. It is anticipated that you will work between 20 to 32 hours per fortnight in this role.

About the role as a data entry clerk, you will join our Medical Records team and be responsible for the accurate entry of all data relating to clinical outcomes, clinical indicators and patient satisfaction surveys. These tasks will be routine in nature enabling the successful applicant full autonomy to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Given the nature of our work, a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and attention to detail will be crucial.

About you to succeed in this role, you will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with prior experience entering high volumes of data and have a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. You will also demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both verbally and in writing), along with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks within designated periods.

Successful candidates will also meet the following criteria high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. A commitment to patient confidentiality. Demonstrated experience working in an environment that processes high volumes of data entry. Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes. Strong keyboard and computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite.
