About the role as the Data Entry and Admin Support Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate input of a wide variety of records, including feedback forms, surveys, and training data. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the professional handling of information that is both sensitive and confidential.

In addition to this you will provide admin support to the Program and Operations Manager and the broader MATES Program as required and includes duties such as taking minutes/meeting notes, ordering of office supplies, supporting event coordination.

Your skills and attributes experience within administration and data entry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Accuracy and an attention to detail.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to complete and pass a police check

Responsibilities source and prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Maintains database by entering new and updated training, attendance, and feedback information. Provide assistance with running data extract and other reports from the database in a timely manner.

Ensure information is handled in a confidential and sensitive manner. Provide support to the wider team when required (e.g. minute taking, events coordination, collateral coordination, etc). Maintains accurate registers of information including asset registers, stakeholder details and lists, service provider registers, etc.
