Data Entry and Admin Clerk location Clementi / Upper Bukit Timah, West. Job Type Full-Time. Education Level Not Specified. We are looking for a enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and computer skills and with experience of working in a similar role, you will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including call handling and data entry, with high quality and in a timely manner. Job tasks & responsibilities identify key activities/products of exhibitors and classify into pre-defined categories, ensure the accuracy and consistency of large data sets across multiple data types, ensuring daily targets are met working to the productivity scores required, reviewing data for errors, correcting and checking output, maintains office data base by entering data, perform various office duties as assigned. Skills and experience strong attention to detail, enjoy working effectively in a team, experience in a similar administrative role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy working to deadlines having good time management, be able to demonstrate problem solving ability and initiative, have a high level of literacy skills, preferably fluent in English, computer literate with a good understanding of microsoft and using the internet.
