We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support professional. If you have strong communication skills, and a passion for maintaining data integrity, this opportunity is for you.

Skills and qualifications experience in data entry and administration. Attention to detail with a genuine focus on error-free end-to-end data integrity. Excellent skills with Microsoft and Office applications and systems. Excellent communication skills, covering both written and verbal communication.

Excellent documentation skills, covering email comms, help docs, processes, and procedures. Ability to support personnel in understanding and implementing such documentation. HR knowledge and presence when handling sensitive and personal data would be highly desired.

Positive go-getter attitude with eagerness to learn. Solid problem-solving skills with a continued focus on innovation. Open-mindedness to a dynamic environment with adaptability to change. Ability to call and deal with personnel in sometimes rigid and difficult circumstances.

Ability to understand projects and directions, then work independently to set tasks and milestones, with eagerness to see projects through to completion. Ability to build an understanding of our business, its employees, and how to achieve an outcome suitable to all.

Role and responsibilities employee onboarding, offboarding, and administration across varying IT systems. Reading and understanding employment agreements and contracts, converting relevant data into IT systems while identifying and reporting back on innovation initiatives.

Administration of site and employee qualifications across IT systems. Following up with employees and supervisors on expired or due-to-be-expired qualifications. Documenting and providing training and materials to end users, building an environment where they can be self-sufficient.

Providing remote HR and IT support to a variety of environments. Managing and overseeing issues and projects to ensure timely resolution. Auditing data cross-platform reporting on discrepancies and proposing improvements. Reporting on outcomes relevant to the position, project, and company data.
