This organisation is embarking on a new and exciting future, amalgamating their state based operations under one operational business model. New staffing opportunities have become available for candidates who share the same passion for supporting Australians with chronic disease.

Details about the opportunity for multiple Data Entry Administrators have become available as this company builds a team of motivated Data Entry professionals to support the national operations of the business. Role – Multiple full-time positions available (negotiable to part-time) on 12-month fixed term contracts, with the potential to be extended depending on funding and business requirements.

Location – Offices across Sydney, Brisbane, and Canberra. 50% office based, and 50% work from home arrangements across all office locations. Working hours – Flexible rotating roster, Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week (potential for 30 hours per week). Remuneration – Annual salary of $53,569.36 plus superannuation, plus salary sacrificing benefits. Management – Newly created team reporting to 2 x Team Leaders.

About the role the purpose of these roles is to ensure that a person diagnosed with chronic disease is added to the national chronic disease register in a timely and efficient manner so they can access subsidised products from the pharmacy and to start connecting with other people who are living with the same experiences. Specific duties will include high volume data entry of patient/consumer registration forms, including new registration forms and changes to registrant details.

Accurate data entry of information into the Central Database. Reaching KPI’s based on volume and accuracy of data entry. Liaising with General Practitioners and external Health Professionals to update and clarify information as required. Completing allocated activities such as capturing and processing information across multiple systems and platforms.

Experience and competencies needed strong administration skills – preferably experienced in high volume data entry. Ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail. KPI-driven and self-motivated. The ability to work from home for 50% of the work week.
