The company due to ongoing success and growth, this leading supplier to the commercial construction industry is looking to expand it's Sales Support team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your position will assist the Account Managers and Sales Coordinators in ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered and ensuring projects are completed in set time frames. This role is fun and fast paced and revolves tightly around customer service and strong administrative organisation skills

The role we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Entry Admin Assistant to join our team. In this diverse role, you will utilise your existing organisational, time management and communication skills to manage day-to-day administration duties and provide ongoing support. Key Duties & responsibilities update database and monitor activity. Be first point of contact for customer queries. Relationship building & customer correspondence. Monitor and update customer information. Read and approve customer requests. Assist in the preparation of reports. Audit daily customer activity. Approve new customer accounts. General administration duties, as directed by senior management.

Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple competing priorities. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Prior experience in the customer service.
