About the role data Enrichment / Investigators work on newly received debt files before Collection commences via our Credit Control Officers. Daily duties in this role involves lots of online searches / research, performing basic tracing functions in order to enrich and verify Customer Information supplied to us. EC Credit Control’s 70,000-stong Client base means that speed and accuracy are highly important. A high skill level within excel would be an advantage. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About you are a goal-oriented, high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Experience in a customer services related field would be looked at favourably, however that is not essential because we focus on attitude and will equip you with the additional skills you need. Important qualities we seek include accuracy– This position requires a high level of accuracy. Work smarter not harder and get it right the first time.
