Additionally, as your customer base grows, and the seats begin to fill, so will your income opportunity. Responsibilities  Providing adequate warm-up, class content, stretching & cool down, Instruction to class participants on effective workout methods while demonstrating proper technique, preparation of appropriate equipment and music for each class, arrive 15 minutes before class to greet your riders and to assist with set up and information for first time riders. start and finish your class on time, adhere to safety guidelines in accordance with training,    notify studio manager in the case of any planned or unplanned absence, and work with management to secure substitution arrangements, actively represent yourself and the studio on social media and at studio organized events that are held periodically both within and outside the studio, work with management to hone and improve your talent, delivers entertaining, motivational, safe, educational, and professional indoor cycling, classes to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals, meets daily class attendance goals and completes all administrative duties as required for this role, demonstrates proficiency in using digital music technology. Qualifications current personal/group training, certification spin or indoor cycling certifications are not necessary but highly desirable, willingness to learn, ability to multi-task and command a room, motivation and drive energy and confidence, excellent customer service and sales skills, must complete in-house instructor training and pass audition to be considered for employment. Hours available early mornings, afternoons, early evenings and weekends.
