Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify cyber security requirements and document business needs.
Analyse current technology systems and recommend improvements for enhanced security measures.
Assist in the development and implementation of cyber security policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure security solutions meet business objectives.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support project delivery and compliance.
Support the training and awareness programs related to cyber security practices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cyber threats and industry trends.

Key focus areas include:

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Network Security
Security Governance
Microsoft Entra ID

The Successful Applicant
A successful Cyber Security Business Analyst should have:

Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Business Analyst delivering complex ICT or cyber security programs.
End‑to‑end business analysis capability, including business cases, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and future‑state design.
Hands‑on exposure to cyber security domains and technologies such as MFA, DLP, IAM, network security, or Microsoft Entra ID.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience facilitating workshops across technical and business audiences.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business‑focused requirements and outcomes.
Experience working in large, regulated or enterprise environments with multiple delivery partners and dependencies.
Knowledge of BA best‑practice frameworks and tools (BABOK‑aligned preferred).
Experience reviewing and validating vendor‑delivered artefacts to ensure quality and alignment.
Excellent documentation and communication skills, with attention to detail.
