Our Customer Experience team works across Concierge, Valet, and Car Park (dependent on the centre). We focus on delivering the highest quality customer experience to hundreds of thousands of customers across Australia and New Zealand. You feel confident in providing assistance, directions, information, or for roles in the car park, traffic management and parking vehicles in a busy retail environment.

Your checklist commencement for these positions will be between September and October. Recognising life commitments, we can offer adequate flexibility to work across a 7-day week (Monday-Sunday) including Public Holidays.

To be considered for a Valet Position, a full drivers licence is required (Manual licence an advantage) (international licenses accepted). Successful candidates will be invited to attend a 1:1 interview as part of our selection process.
