Customer Support Team Leader Private Advertiser location Auckland. $60,000 – $65,000 per year.

If your looking to work in an environment where people and customers are important, this could be your opportunity to join the Parcel Express Team. Based in Penrose, the hours are 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We are looking for a Customer Support Leader to join us, to take charge and support our team and fantastic customers.

This could suit an experienced Customer Support person that wants to step up, that has a minimum of 1-2 years experience within the New Zealand Courier/Parcel or Transport industry. You will need to be able to multi task to deliver excellence in customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities include dealing directly with customers regarding status of parcels dispatched resolving any service issues. Main point of contact for key customers. Meet with nominated customers and suppliers to review service standards to grow the business. Proactively track parcels through local and intercity networks to ensure on time delivery. Daily/weekly KPI Reporting on key areas of the business with the view to continuous improvement.

About you the right candidate will have well presented. Self motivated and passionate. Have a can do positive attitude. Ability to multitask. Reliable, punctual and honest. Must have Work Visa or Residency.
