As an integral part of our Customer Service team at the Auckland Airport Branch, you will play a crucial role in our interactions with valued customers. As the first point of contact, your position will help our Branch Manager and ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities customer Engagement Create positive customer experiences by warmly welcoming and assisting customers. Effective Communication Liaising with customers and the organisation, understanding their needs and providing practical solutions.
Operational Support Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations. You will report directly to the Branch Manager and work closely with them to maintain high service standards. Teamwork Work closely with the team to address inquiries and concerns, delivering satisfactory resolutions. Administrative Duties Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, job authorisations, and meticulous record-keeping.
Who We're seeking customer-focused Handle calls adeptly and multitask efficiently to maintain positive customer relationships. Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred. Enthusiastic Bring energy and positivity to every interaction, infusing your work with vitality.
