As a licensed bike sharing operator in Singapore, SG Bike was also the first bike sharing company to aim to resolve indiscriminate parking through its self-developed technology, Geostation. Following our announcement on 13th August, SG Bike will be taking over Mobike's bicycle to become the largest bike sharing operator in Singapore. Responsibilities manage our customer support channels to answer customers' enquiries and assist them in resolving issues, assist in marketing efforts, ad-hoc administrative duties, when needed. Requirements prior experience in customer support or service (if any), good communication skills, bilingual (please let us know what languages you know), area of residence, earliest starting date, language ability (english, chinese, malay etc).
