About the opportunity due to ongoing growth, Blue Sky Plumbing now has an exciting opportunity for a confident Office Administration person to join their team in Morayfield, on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a varied and busy role that will see you actively managing your workflow to ensure that a smooth experience is delivered to both domestic and commercial clients.

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) taking incoming customer calls. Making outgoing calls to customers and suppliers. Managing multiple email mailbox’s. Setting up of new jobs into our electronic job management system. Job scheduling, and working closely with the trade team to assist in getting jobs through to completion. PA work as required.

About you to be considered for this position, experience in the trade/construction industry will be advantageous.  Any relevant qualifications, whilst not essential, will be highly regarded.

You will be able to work autonomously on a variety of tasks and projects, effectively managing completion timelines whilst staying flexible enough to deal with urgent situations as required. Creative thinking is a must when it comes to solving problems.
