Your new role In this role your responsibilities will include first point of contact for stakeholders with general first home buyer deposit scheme queries, using various systems to access and update customer information and other data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information, attending to both the phone work and administration aspect of the role, you will be working monday to friday on a rotating roster between 8am - 8pm at an hourly rate of $28.38 plus super, this is a 3-month opportunity with a view to extend. Due to the ongoing nature of this assignment, only Australians citizen’s and permanent residents will be considered for this role. What you'll need to succeed high attention to detail, demonstrated accuracy and efficiency with typing for transcribing data, superior communication, interpersonal and written skills, full availability to work full time hours, previous administration experience, previous customer service experience.
