This leading global omnichannel retailer is seeking a Customer Happiness Team Lead to support and manage a team of 9 across Sydney and the Philippines.

What you will be doing lead a team of customer service officers in Sydney and the Philippines. Own escalations and resolve in a timely manner. Organise team roster. Discuss reviews with staff members to resolve and adapt process. Work with leaders in the organization to be the voice of customer and improve standards of service. Cover live chat during busy periods. Assess the impact of current bugs and issues affecting customers to determine the importance and priority. Respond to reviews. What you will need 3+ Years’ experience in E-Commerce Customer Service, Passion for sports, Experience leading teams. Experience with Freshdesk and Shopify. Cool calm and collected with a positive attitude. Highly organised and able to be reactive.
