Customer Support Coordinator ServiceIQ location Canterbury.
We are looking for an engaging and responsive customer service professional to join our team based in Christchurch on a fixed term basis to December 2025. To be successful in this role, you will have the skills and experience to provide exceptional administrative support and delivery support to our Industry Engagement Team, and an outstanding level of service to our customers. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm (negotiable).
About the role in this role you will be passionate about proactively delivering superb customer service to both internal and external customers. Provide high levels of administrative support to our team of Service Sector Advisors across a broad range of sectors.
Work directly with customers ensuring they receive information and support; drawing on ServiceIQ’s products, services, processes and policies and your knowledge of the New Zealand Qualifications Framework and the Tertiary Education system. Respond to queries in a helpful and knowledgeable manner. Meet regular deadlines. Be part of a close knit team spread across the country.
Skills and experience we’re looking for successful experience in a customer facing role. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. The ability to build sound professional relationships with your colleagues and customers.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, along with high level of computer literacy. Proven ability to work well in a dynamic team. Someone who is solutions focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. Experience using customer relationship databases (we use Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable. Experience in our sectors and/or knowledge of the tertiary education sector, especially vocational training and the NZ Qualifications Framework would be an advantage.
