We’re looking to have the ultimate “people person” to join our team. 100% virtual/work from home role. 4 day work week (enjoy a long weekend every week). Ability to make the role your own.

The Workshop Whisperer is an Australian-based coaching business with a rapidly growing reputation for making a significant difference in the lives of auto repair shop owners across Australia and New Zealand. The next 12 - 18 months will see significant growth for our business and we are looking to recruit a talented client support hero to ensure we can help our clients achieve business success.

Our client support hero will work closely with our Lead Coach, coaching and management teams to be the glue that keeps our clients happy and well looked after within our range of programs. This role is ideal for someone who loves the online community and virtual coaching space. You love technology, zoom calls and of course admin! You’ll be comfortable and experienced with all types of platforms and softwares (think CRM’s/membership websites etc)

Being the connector means you love being the go-to person, acting like our clients concierge ensuring they know where they need to be and when.

Your proactive approach keeps you always looking forward, always seeking opportunities to help our clients and improve how we deliver. Your passionate about constant and never ending improvement. Stickler for the details - this means that no emails go unanswered, nothing is missed and everyone is responded to in a timely manner and you never forget a to-do. Communication is key - no matter how or when, your written and verbal communication is second to none, whether it’s phone, zoom, loom, web chat or emails. You can communicate clearly and confidently with all stakeholders at every level .

Accountability - You know the importance of keeping our clients accountable, because you know it's important for their ongoing success to always be encouraging attendance and participation in our programs - getting our clients on webinars, tune up calls, retreats etc. Onboarding - setting them up for success + ensuring they stick to their game plan - clear on helping them achieve their goals, you’ll also conduct client check in calls - every 90 days.

Presence - You’ll have a strong presence in our client FB groups. Creating new and engaging posts and content, you’ll post videos / how to’s and resources that will help our clients. Feedback - You’ll constantly and proactively seek for feedback - what do they like/not, what do they need resources/help. Reporting and admin - Understanding the importance of client reporting - traffic lights, tracking attendance and key client success metrics.

Provide support to our Coaches, Program director and management team. Collaborative & a multitasker - You’ll work and play well with others whilst having the ability to manage many clients, communications and keep organised and on top of everything at all times. To do that though you’ll need a solid, stable, reliable internet connection and technology is a must.  You’ll need a laptop and quiet place you can make calls/conduct zoom calls etc.
