The role supporting with internal phone queries (over 2000 people on-site). Working closely with the internal clinic to book appointments. Monitoring all potential covid cases and ensuring process is followed. Managing email queries. Must be able to work shift work (Monday to Sunday - not working more than 5 days consecutively). Shift work includes day shift, afternoon and night shift - flexibility is essential.
