Customer Support Snapp Mobile location Hawkes Bay. Salary $20 per hour.
About the business Snapp Mobile develop communication apps for Schools, Clubs, Churches and other business types. The company has grown to over 600 clients around New Zealand and a handful abroad, so the time has come for a dedicated customer support person to handle support queries.
About the role deliver a high level of customer service. Provide Help Desk support, including queries over Live Chat, email and some telephone. Answer customer queries and identify opportunities for better use of products. Work with clients to identify issues and provide solutions. Investigate and troubleshoot issues in an attempt to resolve before escalating to development team. Work with development team to resolve issues. Record and monitor all tasks to ensure an efficient workflow. Communicate with client on task progress and resolution.
Analyse incidents to identify common trends and underlying problems. Work with clients and design team to update existing app design. Ensure existing processes are followed, and identify improvements where applicable. Make updates to Websites and Facebook pages. General administrative tasks. Your own Computer/Laptop & Smart Phone with internet connection. Available for regular in-person meetings.
