The role as a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary relationship owner of your assigned customers post-sales. The role includes managing customers through all stages of the lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. The role also involves helping to build out and refine our customer success playbook. The results of your efforts will lead to healthy customers that have achieved value-based outcomes and are eager to expand their use of our products.

Responsibilities undertaking onboarding activities including provisioning, development of onboarding plans, collection of information, training and handover. Monitoring usage data to identify customers that require further assistance and proactively reaching out to provide solutions. Carrying out renewal activities including review meetings and invoice generation.

Proactively training customers on product enhancements with webinars, training sessions, and online documentation. Continually improving our customer success playbook and processes. Daily usage and updating of CRM.

Requirements 1-3 years of similar experience, preferably in SaaS. High energy and positive attitude. Able to navigate data and take the initiative to find answers. Process driven with the ability to work in a team as well as a self-starter basis. Excellent written and verbal skills with a high attention to detail. Thrives in a fast-moving environment with the ability to multitask.
