Description

Customer Services Support Copper Crest location Bay of Plenty.

In April 2021 we are opening our state of the art, purpose-built Care Suites and Living Well Apartments. As a result, we’re looking for a positive, energetic all-rounder to join an already fantastic team. This newly created, multifunctional role will support the Village Manager, Clinical Manager and Sales Manager.

It will also be the welcoming, friendly face at reception greeting visitors, residents, and staff alike.  You should be a team player prepared to pitch-in as needed to help the wider team, it will be extremely varied and rewarding.  If you consider yourself to have a can-do attitude, are looking for a dynamic role, can use your initiative and work independently, this could be the role for you.

Additionally, below are skills we are looking for that would be beneficial for you to have complete customer focus and affinity with our customers. Administration and office management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong focus on delivering an outstanding experience to visitors, residents and family. Computer literacy proficient in Microsoft office suite, database management systems such as Ecase, time target, Mango, Human force is an advantage. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Positive approach to change.

Sales experience excellent planning, organisational skills, multitasking, and juggling many balls at a time. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a progressive and innovative company. It is also the chance for the right person to add significantly to the success of the team as we open our brand-new Care Suites and Living Well Apartments. The role is full time.
