Pacific Steel, a wholly owned subsidiary of BlueScope, is New Zealand’s only manufacturer of wire rod, reinforcing bar and coil products. You may know us for our flagship SEISMIC® brand or WIREMARK® branded fencing wire, trusted by New Zealand’s fencing industry for over 50 years.

We are looking for a top level Customer Services Representative to support our Customers and Key Stakeholders (internal and external). This is a full time, day position role based in Otahuhu. It is essential you have a clear understanding of interface between customers/ marketing / channels to market and customer requirements to ensure best cost/service combination. Proven experience in a similar role is a must.

For you to succeed in this role you may bring a mix of the following key skills Previous experience in similar role providing top level customer services. Great telephone manner with clear and concise communication skills. Intermediate level competence using Microsoft Office applications. Ability to develop strong relationships with a wide cross-section of key internal and external stakeholders. Strong critical thinking skills. Be a self-starter with proven initiative and attention to detail.
