Customer Services or Admin Orbis Global location Auckland.

This role requires an energetic focused professional who is enthusiastic, driven and enjoys building strong customer relationships at all levels. High level of flexibility within this role and a can do attitude. Positive result focused professional who enjoys dealing with a diverse range of tasks depending on customer needs.

We are looking for someone that has previous customer service experience in International freight forwarding. Previous experience with Cargowise preferred but not essential. Good understanding of both seafreight/airfreight/clearance and delivery procedures. Thinks outside the square, confident and outgoing. Excellent communication skills and time management.
